Rental Invoices Just Got Smarter!
GoHighLevel has enhanced rental invoicing to display clear per-unit costs and actual quantities, improving transparency for clients.
What changed
HighLevel has updated rental invoicing to show the true per-unit cost and the actual quantity of units booked on each line item.
Previously, a rental of 4 units for 3 days at $50/day might show a unit price of $540.00 and a quantity of 1. Now, it will accurately display a unit price of $135.00, quantity of 4, and a total of $540.00. Internal pricing calculations are also more precise, now calculating per unit before totaling.
Why it matters
This change provides much clearer invoices for your clients, helping them easily understand what they're being charged for. It ensures consistency in pricing calculations across all rental setups, regardless of inventory size or discount configurations.
How to use it
This improvement is automatically applied to all rental invoices generated within the system. No action is required on your part; simply continue booking rentals as usual. Your clients will now see a more detailed and accurate breakdown on their invoices.
