How to use it
You can configure fallbacks directly within the email builder when inserting a custom value, or manually add the fallback syntax to your custom value (e.g., {{contact.first_name|"Valued Customer"}}). Each custom value can have one default fallback. This helps your marketing look more polished and improves the reader experience.
