Dynamic Dashboards: Personalized Data for Every Client, Instantly!
GoHighLevel now allows agencies to embed dynamic custom values into dashboard widgets and elements, making reporting personalized and setup more efficient across sub-accounts.

What changed
HighLevel has introduced the ability to insert dynamic custom values directly into dashboard and reporting elements.
This update supports dynamic values within widget conditions (for text fields like Address or Source) and dashboard elements such as Embed URLs, Titles, and Text boxes.
Available values include system fields for Location (e.g., ID, Name, Email) and User (e.g., ID, Name, Role), plus all custom values created under Settings → Custom values, organized by folder.
Why it matters
This feature dramatically streamlines dashboard creation and personalization for agencies managing multiple client accounts.
You can now build a single dashboard template that dynamically displays each sub-account's specific name, address, and data, eliminating the need for duplicate setups.
It enables dynamic embed URLs, allowing external reports to automatically load with location-specific data, and provides a truly personalized dashboard experience for each client.
How to use it
To use this, open a dashboard in Edit mode and either add/edit a widget or an Element (Embed, Title, or Text box).
Click the {} button next to any text input field to reveal the picker, where you can browse or search for Location, User, or Custom values.
Select the desired field (e.g., {{ location.name }}), save your changes, and the token will automatically resolve to the correct value for each sub-account when viewed.
